A major highlight of the terminal is the “Sky Forest,” which features nearly one lakh indigenous plants and is intended to give passengers a unique and welcoming experience. In terms of technology, the airport has been equipped with several modern, passenger-friendly features. These include DigiYatra-enabled contactless travel, automated baggage handling systems, full-body scanners for enhanced security, and AI-driven operations to improve efficiency and crowd management. Officials believe these features will reduce waiting times and improve overall travel comfort.
