Joy doubles as the tableau received first prize

Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed immense joy as Uttar Pradesh's tableau displayed the state's cultural city of Ayodhya and the divine Ram Temple during this year's Republic Day parade at Rajpath in Delhi. CM Yogi further congratulated the people of the state on receiving first prize for the tableau and said that this is a moment of great pride and ecstasy. 

In the first part of the tableau, Maharishi Valmiki has been shown writing the Ramayana. In the middle part of the tableau, Shri Ram Mandir, the epitome of Ayodhya's cultural identity associated with mass sentiments and devotion, was featured. The tableau of Uttar Pradesh was recognized as the best among the other tableaus of the country. This prompted many among the spectators, including ministers, to stand and applaud. 

Praising the spiritual demonstration of the Temple, CM Yogi said that the tableau will be appreciated wherever it will make its presence and people will show their gratitude and enthusiasm by offering flowers. 

The tableau represented the grandeur of the Ram Temple which was witnessed by millions of people even virtually. CM Yogi further added that construction of the temple of Lord Rama at Ayodhya marks the victory of faith as a result of hundreds of years of struggle and sacrifice of many devotees and as a result the replica of ‘Ram Temple’ at the parade was welcomed with continuous chants of ‘Jai Shri Rama’. 

For the first time, the tableau will be taken from Delhi to Lucknow passing through various districts of the state. The people will be able to have a close look of the tableau amidst chanting of Jai Shri Ram and showering of flower petals.

Director Information and Public Relations, Shishir, was the first to share this information through the microblogging site twitter which made the entire state proud. He further added that this achievement is the result of the teamwork and combined efforts of the government and the people of the state. He also showed special  gratitude towards the lyricist Virendra Singh, who’s song gained maximum appreciation by the jury. 


ACS Uttar Pradesh, Navneet Sehgal informed that the tableau has displayed a glimpse of Ram Temple’s rich heritage and culture. He further said that the portrayal of Ram Temple at such a huge occasion is a matter of pride and immense happiness. "Ayodhya is our holy place and the Ram temple issue has been an emotive one for the devotees. Our tableau showcased the ancient heritage of the temple town, revered by countless people across the country," he stated. In addition to the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, Maharishi Valmiki and the creation of Ramayana as well as the significant parts of Ramayana also grabbed the attention of the spectators. There was also an attempt to convey a message of social harmony by showing Lord Shri Rama eating Shabri’s berry. 

Ayodhya tableau also included snapshots of 'Deepotsav' depicted through earthen lamps and various stories from Ramayana epic along with a giant statue of sage Valmiki, Other murals depicting Nishadraj embracing Lord Rama, Ahalya's salvation, Hanuman bringing Sanjeevani booti, ​​Jatayu-Rama dialogue, Ashoka Vatika of Lanka King were also brought alive in the tableau. The tableau was prepared under the supervision of Vivid Company and the artists of Mathura led by Sanjay Sharma.
