The visit will begin in Gandhinagar with the inauguration of the Samrat Samprati Museum at Koba Tirth on the occasion of Mahavir Jayanti. The museum highlights the rich cultural and spiritual heritage of Jainism, featuring rare artefacts and modern digital exhibits to offer a comprehensive historical experience. Later in the day, the Prime Minister will travel to Sanand near Ahmedabad to inaugurate the Kaynes Semicon Plant, marking a key step in India’s growing semiconductor sector. The facility will manufacture advanced Intelligent Power Modules used in automotive and industrial applications. This development is expected to strengthen India’s domestic chip production capabilities and contribute to technological self-reliance.
