Global Confidence in India Fuels New Opportunities for Youth: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said that the rising trust of the world in India is creating many new opportunities for the country’s youth. He highlighted that India’s growing economic strength has not only improved its global standing but has also opened doors for young people across multiple sectors. The Prime Minister noted that India is the only major economy in the world to have doubled its GDP within a decade. He said that more than 100 countries are currently investing in India through Foreign Direct Investment, showing strong global faith in the country’s economic direction. Compared to the ten years before 2014, India has received over two and a half times more FDI in the past decade. PM Modi explained that higher foreign investment has helped India become a power hub in sectors such as manufacturing, electronics, automobiles, and pharmaceuticals. This growth, he said, is strengthening India’s industrial base and creating large-scale employment, especially for the youth. Emphasising the impact on young Indians, the Prime Minister said that the way the world’s trust in India is increasing is also creating many new possibilities for our youth. He added that this global confidence is turning into real opportunities, empowering young people to contribute to India’s progress and future growth.
