According to the official announcement, several experienced leaders and former officials have been assigned new constitutional responsibilities. As part of the changes, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, Shiv Pratap Shukla, has been appointed as the new Governor of Telangana. Meanwhile, the current Governor of Telangana, Jishnu Dev Varma, will now serve as the Governor of Maharashtra. In another key appointment, former Bihar Assembly Speaker Nand Kishore Yadav has been appointed as the Governor of Nagaland, while Lieutenant General (Retired) Syed Ata Hasnain has been named the new Governor of Bihar.
