Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to inaugurate the train on March 14 during his visit to West Bengal. The new service will run between Purulia and Anand Vihar Terminal in Delhi, providing improved rail connectivity to several major cities including Varanasi, Ayodhya and Lucknow. According to railway officials, the train will pass through several important districts across different states. The route will include stops at Ramgarh, Ranchi, Lohardaga, Latehar, Palamu, Garhwa, Rohtas, Kaimur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Ayodhya, Lucknow, Bareilly and Moradabad before reaching Anand Vihar in Delhi. This service aims to provide direct connectivity between parts of West Bengal, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh with the capital city, making travel easier for passengers from these regions. The introduction of this train is expected to improve travel convenience for students, job seekers and business travelers who frequently travel to Delhi. Better rail connectivity is also likely to support local trade and economic activities in the regions along the route. Officials believe the service will make long-distance travel more comfortable and efficient for thousands of passengers. The Ministry of Railways has completed the preparations required for the launch of the service. The train will operate with modern coaches designed to ensure passenger safety and comfort.
